Kamakura Shirts Global accepts returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. We strive to ensure every customer experiences the perfect fit and exceptional Japanese craftsmanship of our garments.
Initiate Request
Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, including the printed return form inside the package.
Ship Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package to our international distribution center.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
